If you want to move forward, we will help you do a deep dive into how you got here. Members of our team are trained in the Refocus process and can skillfully walk your church through a process of assessment.
At the end of a comprehensive and collaborative examination, we will provide a recommendation from the following options:
A. Revitalization - what it would take to turn things around
B. Replant - how to shut down and start over
C. Marriage - finding another church to merge with
D. Foster - coming under another church's oversight temporarily
E. Adoption - becoming a campus of another church
F. Closure - this is a last resort, but sometimes necessary... yet it can still be done in a God-glorifying way that furthers the kingdom
We are not here to do anything to you, but with you. We will present these informed recommendations and let your church vote on what to do.
